Frequently Asked Questions

Yoga Classes are usually around one hour, so we are just focusing the majority of this limited time on these three body parts. Sitting, or Standing, too much can be very hard on your body, and the Yoga Pose Sequences we perform in this class, are intended to help balance these body parts, and to increase your Range Of Motion.

You can feel comfortable at any level from beginner, to advanced yogi, as this class allows you to take each movement as easy, or as advanced, as you want to take it.

You should never push yourself hard, as it could result in an injury. Build up to each Yoga Pose over time, and work on your flexibility. If anything causes a shooting pain, bad pain, or numbness, do not do it. Yoga should feel like a gentle massage, pushing on sore muscles.

Yoga pant, or a gym shorts, and a t-shirt, tank top, or other athletic wear. Make sure your feet are clean, as we do not wear shoes in Yoga Class.

A yoga mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. If you do not have a yoga mat, you can purchase or rent one at class.

No phones are allowed during class. Make sure to put it in silent mode, or leave it in your vehicle. You can sometimes hear the phones vibrating during class, so make sure it is off.
