Hips Back Neck YOGA™

Hello my name is Bret Fencl, and I became a Yoga Teacher, after sitting at a desk, working on a computer for 24 years. My low back and hips hurt from sitting so much, but also my neck from hunching over to type.


In addition, over my life I have had 3 knee surgeries, ACL, MCL and Meniscus, due to a motorcycle accident when I was 21. Learning to heal myself was the key, when I really started doing Yoga at home, after my 3rd knee surgery in 2018, with ACL Replacement, with a MCL Band Installed, and Meniscus Repair. 


Then in March of 2020, our gym was closed due to the Pandemic, and I switched to 100% Yoga, no more gym. 


That is when I saw the real benefits of Yoga helping old injuries I have been dealing with for over 20 years. Working on myself, I have managed to put together a sequence of Yoga Poses that focuses on Hips, Back, and Neck.


We should all have stayed flexible like we where when we were kids. 

We should have been taught to stretch every day when we were growing up.


Get off the couch, and roll around on the floor, with the yoga poses that bring back the kid in you. Flexing your body in many different ways to were it really should have been all along.  Think of how you could bend when you were young.


My thought is we only have around 1 hour at Yoga Class, so let's focus the classes on what things many people need help with the most.
